Partners Guide to Requesting Access to CVS Health Assets

Need Access to CVS Health Branded Asset Libraries

All external partners working with CVS Health colleagues must first have their CVS Health partner submit an IT Service Application Access request form for a "Light User" license. All colleagues, outside of HeartHaus and Retail Marketing, will be charged for each license. 

Once your CVS Health business partner submits a request through IT Service,  they will be added to an annual billing cycle for the requested license. The Light User license is billed at $79 per license, per year. Please note that one request will allow for the creation of one account. 

Vendor Upload Access

If you will be uploading assets for CVS Health projets such as Loyalty & Personalization, CMX, In-store Signage/Planogram, or Circular: please email the following information to CVSDAMSupport@CVSHealth.com

• First and Last Name
• Company Name
• CVS Health Business Partner's Name (who you work with at CVS)
• Projects you will be uploading assets for (L&P, Circular, CMX, etc.)
• Please state you are a vendor and need to upload assets only    

We will create an account for you to upload assets once we have received this information. 

Please note: Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Users found sharing accounts risk losing access.
